Corporate Branding: Vivant is a listed company on the Philippines Stock Exchange. Their businesses cover the sectors of power generation, distribution, and retail supply in the Philippines. Driven by their mission of bringing excellence to industries that improve everyday living, they have plans to become a major conglomerate by 2040. Tangible articulated their strategy of leveraging partnerships to grow by showing how they are adaptable and forward-looking partners.
Tangible created a visual and verbal core elements system to reflect the adaptable and dynamic nature of the company. We then applied the system to key material to give them a new injection of energy. In addition to developing their new visual system, Tangible also conducted a brand communications workshop to identify ways to more effectively communicate the brand to key stakeholders including other businesses, banks, and government entities.
After the brand was defined, Tangible conducted a brand alignment workshop to ideate ways to bring the brand to life in the growing organisation. We also conducted an employee survey as part of our brand equity baselining to better understand staff sentiments and identify how management can help them live and deliver the brand. Our recommendations were discussed in a workshop and selected ideas were included in Vivant’s annual strategic plan.
